Our clients were a local, time poor family of six looking to buy their first home on the Southern Gold Coast. With a very specific brief, and in a price, point offering a low volume of viable options, we only considered three properties throughout the journey. We needed a renovated or new dwelling within walking distance to the beach and local amenity, with multiple living areas and plenty of outdoor space. We ultimately secured a newly built home in the ever-popular suburb Burleigh Waters, meeting all their requirements and landing them as close to the beach as we could have hoped for.
